Tires are expensive. Over or under inflating by as little as 2 psi can dramatically increase tire wear. Maintaining the correct tire pressure insures proper handling and provides optimum wet weather performance. Our Accu-Gage Tire Pressure Gauge is made by G. H. Meiser and features a full geared, solid brass precision movement with a bronze bourdon tube. Unlike piston-plunger type gauges, bourdon tube movements are not affected by changes in temperature, humidity or altitude. A rubber encased housing protects the movement from accidental shock and a push button valve bleeds air to the desired pressure. A swivel-angle chuck allows easy reading of hard-to-reach tire valves.

Good Gauge
This is a well-built gauge and I use it to set tire pressures on my race car. It is easy to adjust within 1 PSI. Check with you local auto parts store first, though. I found the same guage for half the cost at a local store after purchasing online.

I've been happy with this guage. It's a handy tool, and I'd recommend it.

Tire pressure gauge
The gauge works well. However, it woud be easier to use if it had a longer rigid section on the tyre connector. For older persons it would enable a firmer grasp of that section, since it requires both hands in practice (one hand is required to hold the meter section)

Positives:Easy to upload files via USB connection and convenient power source using car outlet instead of batteries; easy to use

Negatives:6 FM channels to choose from but they are all at the high end and bigger cities already use several of the station numbers available; sound quality is less than what you normally get from your speakers but it's great for audio books, or commercial-free music; no search feature - only sequential selection for songs (FF/REV).

It's a great gadget but not for the serious audiophile.

Great gauge!
This is a great gauge. Very accurate and holds the reading until you hit the release button. Seals on the stem perfectly. I like it much better than a stick type gauge.

Very Accurate!!!
It's simple! No high tech digital crap to deal with or hard to find batteries none the less. AutoMeter is also a well known name when it comes to any type of automotive guages.

Very study, heavy feel, but not sure how well it will stand up if dropped.

I'm sure this guage is very accurate as well.

I use this gauge to keep the air pressure precise on my motorcycle as well as the tread gauge in this device to keep an eye on the wear of the bike tires. Last thing anyone needs on a motorcycle is improperly inflated tires and tires with unsafe tread.

works OK, same as Accutire MS-4751
This gauge is the same as the MSI Accutire MS-4751WC Digital Programmable Tire Gauge. I think the "preset" buttons on both these gauges just get in the way, so I prefer the Accutire MS-5510B Racing Tire Gauge -- now that its bugs(!) seem to be worked out.

This item's price stays at list rather than getting discounted like the Accutire equivalent. (I bought mine because the Accutire one was "no longer available", and I wanted to try this form factor in case they were discontinuing it.) If you want a Michelin logo, go for it. But perhaps you might buy the Accutire one AND buy a cute little Michelin Brand 12273 "Michelin Man" Digital Tire Gauge with the savings!
